A cache of golden coins from the reign of Haroun al-Rashid was discovered in Yavneh

A Muslim coin from the Umayyad period (8th century), on one side the Arabic inscription "There is no God but Allah" and in the center stands a five-branched Menorah. On the other side of the coin is the Arabic inscription "Muhammad, the messenger of God." These coins were apparently minted in Jerusalem.
